What we do
At Child Bereavement UK we help families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies.
We offer free, UK-wide, accessible online grief support to children and young people (up to 25) who are bereaved or facing the death of someone important, and the parents and carers of babies and children who have died or are expected to die before their 26th birthday.
We also offer guidance and resources for those supporting bereaved families, whether a parent, family member or friend, as well as tailored advice, training and education programmes for professionals.

Who do we support
Free accessible online grief support is available for grieving children and young people (up to 25 years) and parents bereaved of a baby or child before their 26th birthday.

Can anyone use this service?
Our national helpline is available to anyone across the country. Our support services require a referral, preferably through a self-referral or in exceptional circumstances a third-party referral through calling our helpline. Please note that we only take third-party referrals that have the individuals' or families permission.

We welcome families and individuals of any gender or gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, disability, race, religion, faith, belief,or sexual orientation.
We will endeavour to source interpreters / BSL interpreters where needed / possible. Please contact to discuss your child(s) needs further. - Relevant staff have a valid current DBS?
