Beth rydym ni'n ei wneud

Stage Door 1 Youth Theatre was created in 2007 to provide an avenue for children from all social backgrounds to be able to increase their confidence, creativity and consideration for others through the medium of drama, dance, song and musical theatre.
We are the resident Youth Theatre in CADS Market Theatre, Cowbridge.

Pwy ydym ni'n eu cefnogi

From humble beginnings with around eight children, we are now the resident Youth Theatre in CADS Market Theatre, Cowbridge, and have a membership in excess of over seventy young people aged from 5 to 18, rehearsing and performing at least three shows each year, usually:
‐ A full SD1 Youth Theatre production;
‐ An production for our infant and junior groups
‐ A senior cast production.
There are also opportunities for our members to take part in performances for local events, plays, and showcase evenings.

Oes - Fees are charged on a monthly basis, to avoid incurring additional rehearsal/costume costs in the run up to a production.
Infant group (4-8 years old) - £22 per month
Junior group (9-11 years old) - £29 per month
Senior group (12-19 years old) - £29 per month

    The building has level access but the stage and backstage are not wheelchair accessible.
    Within the groups we have a lot of experience with neurodivergent children, especially ASD and ADHD.
    Needs can be assessed on an individual basis, with strategies put in place to support all children.
