New mummies and their babies aged between 6 - 13months
Once you are ready, we up the intensity in the Level 2 sessions. Our higher intensity cardio, toning and strengthening workouts get real results fast, but are still very carefully designed for the needs of postnatal women. Baby’s needs also differ in this age group and we have even more fun as babies begin to interact with each other too :).
